Hey Bagel is a 1,150-square-foot space in University Village. Formerly a retail clothing space, the project converted it to a dynamic production facility and storefront. The project included structural concrete work, new rooftop HVAC unit and structural inspections, a new Type 2 hood, power, lighting, HVAC, plumbing and life safety systems.
