Job Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating or a closely related role.
Proficient in estimating software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift) and MS Office Suite.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and market trends.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of working collaboratively with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
Must be proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines effectively.
