Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction, architectural, or engineering office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company information.
